This is a great opportunity to join this well established manufacturing and retail Home Furnishing brand. With over 20 stores across the UK and Europe combined with a global network of stockists, the brand has gone from strength to strength. Due to their international success, they are now about to open a Retail Showroom in Frankfurt , Germany .
They require a proven Showroom/Store Manager with the necessary skills and experiences to take full responsibility for the day to day running of the Frankfurt Showroom to ensure that the business is visually merchandised to an excellent standard and to make certain that the brand image is maintained to the highest standard and that the highest levels of Customer Service are given at all times.
You will manage, motivate and develop the team to ensure that targets are exceeded, and develop new, and maintain established customer relationships.
Reporting to Head Office in London on a daily basis, you will be responsible for sales strategy, P&L, KPI’s, stock control, and all aspects of staff management.
You will have proven store management experience, preferably with ‘high end/luxury’ brands and have had full responsibility of running new or established stores and the ability to work in a high paced environment.
Fluent in German and English is an absolute must.
The client is offering a highly competitive package that includes a basic up to €55,000 (euro) plus bonuses and generous holiday benefits. |
